Parent Commissioning Ceremony: During the June 16 gathering
Milestones provide opportunities for us to pause, reflect, train, and celebrate God’s calling and work in the lives of our families here at The Fields Church. In these events, we seek to intentionally come alongside parents in our church and help equip them for their callings as Christian parents. Our milestones begin with our Parent Commissioning, where we commission parents to be the primary disciple-makers of their children and remind them that we as a church are here to help.
Our milestones align with our Church Covenant which states: "We will raise our children and youth in the training and instruction of the Lord, and by a pure and loving example seek the salvation of our family and friends." (Ephesians 6:4)
